The Highfield Level 2 Award in Customer Service (RQF) is designed to prepare individuals for customer-facing roles or to enhance the skills of those already working in a customer service environment. Based on our own high standards of service, this nationally recognised qualification gives learners the knowledge and confidence to deliver outstanding customer experiences across a range of industries.

  • This course is delivered in a single day, combining interactive teaching, practical exercises, and guided activities. You will work through all the required content with the support of your tutor, allowing you to complete the course and gain your qualification in just one day.

  • Assessment is through a multiple-choice questionnaire, completed at the end of the course. This allows you to demonstrate your understanding of the topics covered in a clear and straightforward way.

  • The price you will pay for this course with 3CATS is only £150

  • To qualify for funding from Lincolnshire County Council and The European Social Fund you must meet the following criteria;

    1. You must be aged 19 or older as of 31.08.2025

    2. You must live in Lincolnshire

    3. You must earn £25,750 or less per year OR be in receipt of state benefits such as Universal Credit, Job Seekers Allowance etc
