Exam Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking Confirmation & Payment

Once an exam booking is requested, we will hold the selected exam date and time for a period of 7 calendar days.

• Confirmation of the provisional booking will be issued upon request, prior to payment being received.

• Full payment must be made within 7 days of the booking confirmation to secure your chosen exam slot.

• If payment is not received within this 7-day period, the booking may be cancelled and the exam slot released for other learners without further notice.

Rescheduling an Exam

We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to offer flexibility where possible.

• Learners may reschedule their exam up to two times free of charge.

• Any further rescheduling requests (from the third change onwards) will incur a £50 rescheduling fee.

Notice Period Requirement

To allow us to manage exam spaces effectively:

• A minimum of 5 working days’ notice is required to reschedule an exam without charge.

• Requests made with less than 5 working days’ notice may be subject to a £50 fee, regardless of how many times the exam has previously been rescheduled.

Late Changes & No-Shows

• Failure to attend a scheduled exam without prior notice will result in the booking being treated as completed, with no refund or free rescheduling offered.

• Late arrivals may result in the exam being unable to proceed, and may be treated as a no-show at our discretion.

Refunds

• Exam fees are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.

• Any exceptions are made at the discretion of 3CATS Ltd.

Administrative Fees

• A £50 fee may apply to cover administrative and scheduling costs where rescheduling falls outside of the agreed terms.

Policy Changes

3CATS Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Learners will be notified of any significant changes.

Agreement

By booking an exam with 3CATS Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
