Numeracy skills with 3CATS Ltd

Multiply is a government-funded programme to help adults improve their numeracy skills.

If you’re aged 19 and over and don’t have maths GCSE at grade C (or equivalent), you can access free numeracy courses through Multiply to build your confidence with numbers and gain a qualification.

Good numeracy skills may unlock job opportunities and lead to higher wages or prepare you for further study. They also help in everyday life, such as helping children with homework and budgeting money.

You can take the Skills for life numeracy quiz by clicking here to assess your starting point.

3CATS Ltd have secured a sizeable amount of the funding to assist employers, employees and offenders/ex-offenders with their numeracy skills, either within the workplace, in the community or within the prisons.

Our courses are designed to make daily life a little bit easier by focusing on the 4 main areas or numerical struggles.

  • percentages

  • conversions

  • mental arithmetic

  • budgeting

These courses are not lectures - they are fun and informative. They are short courses designed to engage and encourage numeracy skills.

These courses can also be tailored to your employees based on what you know your employees are missing in their skillset.
