Job Search & Interview Skills Workshop

This is a non accredited training course and learners will not receive a qualification.

 

The Job Search & Interview Skills Workshop equips learners with the practical knowledge and strategies needed to successfully find, apply for, and secure employment. The workshop covers each stage of the job search process, including identifying opportunities, crafting applications, and preparing for interviews.

Learners will gain confidence in presenting themselves professionally, understanding employer expectations, and responding effectively during interviews. By the end of the workshop, participants will be ready to approach the job market with clarity and confidence.

By completing this workshop, learners will be able to:

  • Identify suitable job opportunities and understand where to look for vacancies.

  • Prepare effective job applications that highlight relevant skills and experience.

  • Most workshops are 1-2 days.

  • Item descriptionTo qualify for funding from Lincolnshire County Council and The European Social Fund you must meet the following criteria;

    1. You must be aged 19 or older as of 31.08.2023

    2. You must live in Lincolnshire

    3. You must earn £20,319.50 or less per year OR be in receipt of state benefits such as Universal Credit, Job Seekers Allowance etc
