This is an all-inclusive package designed to give you structured support throughout your qualification.

Many providers advertise training fees only. Exam fees and AAT registration are often payable separately. At 3CATS, these are included to give clarity from the outset.

Live Online Tutor Support Sessions

For distance learners, we offer scheduled live online tutor sessions. These provide the opportunity to ask questions, revisit key topics, and focus on areas commonly found challenging.

These sessions are designed to complement your independent study, ensuring you have direct interaction with your tutor and structured support alongside your learning.

Exam Preparation & Confidence

We do not simply deliver the syllabus — we prepare you thoroughly for assessment.

For each unit, learners have access to multiple practice assessments. Each practice assessment is individually marked with detailed feedback and guidance for improvement.

We work with you to identify weaker areas and only recommend booking your exam when you are fully prepared.

  • We provide a unique learning experience unlike traditional education providers. We combine small-group teaching with personalised tutor support, ensuring you receive individual guidance while benefiting from shared learning and discussion.

    Grantham Training Centre: If you are local and can attend, this is the best option. You will benefit from tutor and peer support in a relaxed environment. The training centre is not a typical classroom; it has a comfortable atmosphere with a radio and refreshments. Your tutor will let you know when the sessions are on and how to book into a session

    Blended Learning: If you cannot attend the Grantham centre, don't worry. Your tutor can support you via 1:1 Zoom/Teams sessions, phone calls, emails, texts, or WhatsApp, whatever suits you best. This will be discussed on your pre course assessment.

  • Most learners complete AAT Level 3 within 10–16 months, depending on prior knowledge and the time they are able to commit to study.

    At 3CATS, you progress at a pace that suits you. Some learners move through more quickly, while others prefer to take additional time to build confidence.

    Your course fee includes up to 18 months of tutor support, giving you flexibility while ensuring you remain focused and on track.

    We work with you to ensure you are confident in your understanding before moving on to the next unit.

  • Throughout the course, you will complete tutor-marked assignments to support each study unit. In addition, you will undertake structured practice assessments designed to prepare you thoroughly for the final examinations.

    Once you have successfully completed the required assignments and practice assessments for a unit, and your tutor is satisfied that you are ready, you will be approved to sit the final unit assessment.

    The AAT unit assessments range between 90 minutes and 2.5 hours in duration, depending on the unit. There are four exams in total for this qualification.

    All AAT exam fees are included within your course investment. Examinations are sat at our Grantham centre, with dates and times arranged directly between you and your tutor.

    If you are unable to attend the Grantham centre, you may arrange to sit your exam at an alternative approved AAT centre. Please note that external centres will charge their own fees, which would be payable directly to them.

  • 3CATS pays all AAT registration fees on your behalf. All first-sit AAT examinations taken at our Grantham centre are included within your course investment.

    If you are unable to attend the Grantham centre, you may arrange to sit your assessment at an alternative approved AAT centre. Please note that any fees charged by external centres would be payable directly to them.

    If a resit is required, the standard AAT exam fee would apply. We will always support you with additional revision guidance before rebooking.

    Study Textbooks

    You may wish to purchase study textbooks to support your learning. These are not included within the course fee.

    For learners attending the Grantham centre, we have a well-stocked study library with textbooks available to use during sessions and to borrow where appropriate.

    Distance learners may choose to purchase textbooks independently if they prefer additional reference material.
