These new qualifications are only available to classroom learners. Unlike many of our other courses, they do require a little more structured delivery and group participation.

That said, we are not a “stand up and preach” type of training centre. Our approach remains relaxed, supportive and learner-focused – you will still receive plenty of individual attention, and our tutors are always on hand to guide you through. The main difference is that these sessions will involve more direct delivery than you may be used to with our other courses.

Our Grantham training centre offers the ideal environment – supportive tutors, like-minded peers, and a friendly space where learning doesn’t feel like school. The radio will be on, the kettle will be boiled, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn in a professional but relaxed atmosphere.

Classroom times are as follows (excluding Lincolnshire school holidays, bank holidays and festive breaks – see our term time page for details):

• Wednesday: 12:30 – 15:00

• Thursday: 12:30 – 15:00

Please note: these qualifications are not currently available via blended or remote learning – attendance at the Grantham centre is essential.

This course is structured to be completed over three months, with clear milestones and deadlines to guide your progress. We understand that everyone learns at a different pace, so if you need a little extra support and take slightly longer, we will work with you to ensure you achieve full understanding and success.

This course is assessed through a portfolio of evidence rather than a final exam. You will gather examples of your work and tasks to show your skills in business administration.

There are deadlines and milestones throughout the course to keep you on track, but we provide support at every step to help you complete your portfolio and achieve your qualification.

The price you will pay for this course with 3CATS is only £350.

To qualify for funding from Lincolnshire County Council and The European Social Fund you must meet the following criteria;

1. You must be aged 19 or older as of 31.08.2025

2. You must live in Lincolnshire

3. You must earn £25,750 or less per year OR be in receipt of state benefits such as Universal Credit, Job Seekers Allowance etc.
